Hugo Spritz

Probably the biggest Aperol alternative right now — fresh, floral and very European-summer.

Ingredients

• 30ml Elderflower liqueur
• 90ml Prosecco

• 30ml Soda water
• Fresh mint

• Lime wheel

Method

Title

Per glass: 30ml elderflower liqueur, 90ml Prosecco, 30ml soda water, fresh mint, lime
wheel. Build over plenty of ice and gently stir.

Bright, zesty and made for long summer lunches. It also looks fantastic served with lots of fresh lemon & raspberries.

•    45ml Limoncello
•    90ml Prosecco
•    30ml Soda water
•    Lemon wheels
•    Fresh raspberries
•    Basil sprig

Method

Per glass: 45ml limoncello, 90ml Prosecco, 30ml soda water. Serve over ice with lemon wheels, fresh raspberries and, for a more contemporary finish, a sprig of basil.

A prettier, more elevated take on the classic elderflower spritz — ideal for
entertaining.

•    90ml Sparkling rosé
•    30ml Soda water
•    Fresh strawberries
•    Lemon twist

Per glass: 30ml St-Germain, 90ml sparkling rosé, 30ml soda water. Serve over ice with fresh strawberries and a lemon twist.

Light, elegant and slightly less sweet — very French Riviera. Lillet Rosé brings citrus, berry and floral notes without becoming too heavy.

•    Grapefruit
•    Fresh thyme
