Ken Hom

Widely regarded as one the world’s leading experts on authentic Asian cuisine, Ken Hom was a pioneer in bringing Asian cooking to the world. In the early 80’s when asian cooking at home was not as prolific as it was today Ken hosted his first TV show on the BBC ‘Ken Hom’s Chinese Cookery’, the show was a hit and launched his prolific career as a one of the first celebrity chefs, a prolific author of 37 books, a recipient of an OBE for service to culinary arts, a presenter of a multitude of television series and documentaries – and the list goes on!
