Price Match Policy
At Minimax, we are committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a reputable Australian retailer, we are pleased to offer a price match, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Our goal is to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing you are receiving competitive pricing without compromising on quality, service, or expertise.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met at the time of purchase:
• Identical Product
The product must be identical to the item stocked by Minimax, including brand, model, size, colour, and any included accessories or bonus offers.
• Authorised Australian Retailer
The competitor must be a reputable Australian retailer, either with a physical store or a recognised online presence.
Online marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, and similar platforms) are excluded.
• Verifiable Price
The lower price must be current, clearly advertised, and verifiable by our team. The price must:
- Include GST
- Not fall below our cost price
- Include all applicable shipping, delivery, or handling fees (for online offers)
• Stock Availability
The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase both at Minimax and the competing retailer.
• Condition of Goods
The product must be new and unused. Second-hand, refurbished, clearance, or damaged items are not eligible.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from our price match policy:
• Online-exclusive products
• Clearance, liquidation, or closing-down sales
• Pricing errors or misprints
• Special, limited-time, or member-only promotions
• Bundle deals, gift-with-purchase offers, or non-comparable promotions
Additional Information
Minimax reserves the right to verify all competitor pricing and to decline a price match request at our discretion. Final approval of any price match remains at the sole discretion of Minimax.
