Care Instructions
- Pan is designed to be pre heated in oven
- Handles will get very hot, always pick up with tea towel or oven mitt
- Always allow your pan to cool before washing
- After use, wipe your pan clean or wash your pan lightly in warm water
- Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer
- To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off
- Place paper towels between pans as this absorbs moisture
- Oven safe to 270c
- Place a trivet on the table before setting down hot pan
