- Pre-Freeze: Place the bowl upright in the freezer for 24 hours at -20°C or below; keep it dry and uncovered.
- Assemble: Attach the paddle to the motor, then secure the motorised lid to the bowl, aligning the marks.
- Add Mixture: Pour up to 250ml of prepared mixture into the bowl or through the lid opening.
- Switch On: Press the power button and work quickly to avoid premature freezing.
- Churn & Enjoy: Ready in 15–20 minutes for smooth ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yoghurt; freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer texture.
- Serve & Clean: Switch off, remove paddle, and serve. Hand wash paddle, lid, and bowl; wipe motor with a damp cloth.
