• Free Shipping for orders over $99 to metro postcodes
• $10 Flat Rate for all orders under $99 to metro postcodes
• $15 flat rate for orders to regional postcodes

Delivery Times
Average delivery times:

• VIC, SA & TAS: 2-3 Days
• NSW & ACT: 3-4 Days
• QLD: 5 days
• WA & NT: 6-7 days

Dispatch Timeframe
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours on average (orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend won't be processed until Monday).

Split Shipments
To ensure we get your order to you as quickly as possible it may be despatched from different locations, therefore you may receive multiple packages from different fulfilment locations.
We always try to avoid this if possible and we will do our best to notify you if your order is split across multiple deliveries.

Order Status and Tracking
After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with a tracking number.

Same Day Delivery

We have partnered with Rendr to offer our customers Same Day Delivery if you live within 50km of a Minimax store. Order before 11:30am to receive it on the same day, otherwise it will be delivered the next day. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
