Impact is our best selling stainless steel range. It is made from 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminium core in the base, so heat spreads fast and stays even. It suits every cooktop, including induction, and is backed by a 10 year warranty.

Scanpan Coppernox

Coppernox pairs 18/10 stainless steel with a copper infused base. Heat spreads evenly, it works on every cooktop including induction, and it is safe in the dishwasher and the oven up to 220C.

Scanpan Maitre'D

Maitre'D has a French look and a multi layer steel build. A stay cool handle, drip free rim and inside capacity marks make it simple to use. It moves from the stove to the table.

Scanpan Urban

Urban has a handle you can take off, so one pan goes from cooktop to oven to table. It is made from recycled aluminium with Stratanium non-stick and works on all stovetops, including induction.

Scanpan Black Iron

Black Iron is pure carbon steel and a favourite with chefs. It arrives pre-seasoned and builds its own non-stick surface the more you cook with it. Ideal for a hard sear.

Wash it by hand in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. Skip metal scourers and very high heat, and the coating will last longer.
