If food is stuck on, fill the product with warm, soapy water and allow it to soak for 15–20 minutes before washing as usual. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal, harsh abrasive, or very stiff pads or brushes on any surface. Dry thoroughly after washing and store in a dry place. The casserole body with built-in cast iron and phenolic handles is dishwasher-safe, although frequent dishwashing may dull the enamel finish over time.
