Our latest summer cocktail, the Nectarine Fizz. This tantalising concoction combines ripe nectarines, zesty lemon, and a splash of vodka, shaken to perfection and topped with sparkling water. Adorned with a fragrant thyme sprig and a delicate slice of nectarine, this refreshing cocktail achieves a harmonious balance of sweet, citrusy, and summery notes.

Ingredients
1 ripe nectarine, sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup sparkling water
1 shot of vodka
Ice cubes
Fresh thyme sprigs
Garnish
Fresh thyme sprig
Slice of nectarine
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine the sliced nectarines, lemon juice, vodka, and thyme.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 1 minute to infuse flavours.
Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top it off with sparkling water.
Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a slice of nectarine.
