This Limoncello & Gin Cocktail is the perfect addition to your spring and summer gatherings, infusing a burst of citrus freshness into every sip.

30 ml Bass & Flinders Limoncello

30 ml Bass & Flinders Signature Gin

Tonic Water

1 Lemon

Bunch of fresh mint leaves

    Cut the lemon into small triangular pieces and place them in an ice tray. Fill the ice tray with water and place it in the freezer for 4 hours or until the ice cubes are solid.

    Fill a chilled cocktail shaker with Bass & Flinders Limoncello and Bass & Flinders Signature Gin, then stir gently.

    Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with the prepared lemon ice cubes. Add tonic water to your desired strength.

    Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves for an added burst of aroma and flavour.
