Green Smoothie

As spring hits and the mornings get that touch warmer, a green smoothie is a nice addition to add to your breakfast repertoire. A handful of spinach, some frozen fruits, a touch of protein powder and the click of the button of your Bamix and you’ve got yourself a nutritious breakfast!

Serves 1 for a meal, or two for a snack.


1 banana, frozen

1 handful of baby spinach

Half a kiwi fruit, skin on

1 slice of pineapple, chopped

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup of milk of choice

1 serving of protein powder (optional)


Place all ingredients in a tall glass. Put the spinach down the bottom so the weight of the fruit helps to blend the greens. 

Use your Bamix on the highest setting to blend the ingredients into a smoothie.

Serve and enjoy
