300g dark chocolate (70%)
100g macadamia roasted
50g dried coconut
50g pistachio shelled
50g goji berries
Line a small square tin with baking paper and or plastic wrap.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
Add the nuts, coconut and goji berries to a large mixing bowl. Add the melted chocolate
Mix and ensure the chocolate coats all the ingredients. Using a spatula, spoon the mixture into the lined tin.
Transfer to the fridge to set for at least 1 hour
Transfer to a board and cut, serve.
