Nothing conducts heat more quickly or efficiently than diamonds, and the new coating is designed to be used without access oils or butters, ideal for years of healthy eating.

The XD coating also features a significantly improved seal between the cooking surface and the aluminum base, making a more durable layer with even better food release properties. The cast aluminum construction also provides perfect heat distribution that eliminates hot spots. Brown your meat on the stove top, then transfer to the oven (up to 500°F) to roast, and then back to the stovetop to prepare your gravy.
