Use & Care

• Before first use remove all paper and labels. Clean your new cookware with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly.
• Although your cookware is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand wash your cookware in warm soapy water to ensure longevity of the non stick surface.
• Never allow your cookware to boil dry and always allow to cool down before placing in water
• Do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the base of the cookware.
• To ensure a long life on the non stick surface it is recommended to use wooden, nylon or silicon utensils. Never cut food with a knife whilst still in the cookware as this can permanently damage the surface.
• Cooking on a low to medium heat is recommended in the large majority of applications. High heat should only be used for short term searing or browning.
• Your cookware is suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops

KEY FEATURES

Made from die cast aluminium, both the roast and grill of the set are light and easy to handle whilst remaining robust. Oven proof to 240 degrees Celsius, the roasters can take the high heat required to create the crunchiest pork crackling but are equally content in a lower temperature oven, taking things slow. A PFOA free, high performance non-stick surface inside and out, makes for quick and easy cleaning. Not to mention the ease it brings to making the obligatory homemade gravy on the stovetop.

The more shallow of the two dishes is so much more that a bit on the side. Sure, it can accommodate the vegetables whilst the main event (be that your favourite meat or even more vegetables) roasts away in the deeper pan. But use it on the hob and it comes into its own. Doubling as a generously sized stovetop grill it can deliver everything from a delicate fillet of fish to a perfectly cooked steak.
