1 bottle of red wine (750 ml) - Pinot Noir

1/2 cup of brandy

3/4 cup of orange juice

3 tbsp of sugar

1 apple, cored and sliced

1 orange, sliced or diced

1 lime, sliced

    In a large pitcher, add the sliced apples, oranges, limes, and sugar. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to gently mash the fruit and sugar together for about 30 seconds.

    Add the brandy, orange juice, and red wine to the pitcher. Stir everything together.

    Add plenty of ice to the pitcher and stir well.

    Serve the sangria immediately, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.

    Note: For best results, chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least an hour before adding the ice to allow the flavours to blend together.
