60 ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Gin
120 ml Cranberry Juice
1/2 Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Dry Ginger Ale
2 Rosemary Sprigs
In a cocktail shaker, combine Bass & Flinders Distillery Gin, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, egg white, and one sprig of rosemary. Shake vigorously (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Top the drink with dry ginger ale to your liking, adding effervescence and lightness to the cocktail.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
