
Ingredients
1 packet fillo pastry
7-8 apples (grated)
sugar to taste
600ml cream
pinch of cinnamon
icing sugar for dusting
Method
1.
Spread a little cream over the oven tray.
2.
Take 3 sheets of fillo pastry and spread cream on the top one.
3.
Squeeze moisture from the grated apple and spread the apple over the pastry.
4.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
5.
Roll up the pastry and place it on an oven tray.
Repeat the process until the apples are used up.
Brush the lot with the remaining cream.
6.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
7.
Dust with icing sugar.
