The incredibly sharp edge of the Classic 17cm Hollow Edge Santoku Knife by Wusthof allows for paper-thin cuts and is so versatile in shape, weight and edge that it can be used for mincing and chopping herbs, vegetables and fruit as well as for preparing fish and meat. 

Crafted from premium German-made steel, the knife features a blade with superior sharpness retention and a comfortable, easy-to-grip handle guard which curves downwards to avoid slipping.

The knife is also designed with a full bolster and tang to protect fingers while providing stability and balance.

Hand wash recommended.

Forged in Solingen, Germany.
