The handy machine-made Viognier and Chardonnay glass of the space-saving glass collection O Wine Tumbler attracts attention throught its stemless design. This makes it less susceptible to glass breakage and easy to put into the dishwaser. The classic RIEDEL shape allows young wines to express all their invigorating freshness, while more mature wines are encouraged to deliver the nutty, spicy, mineral flavors. This glass is designed that the low acidity is delivered in a way that sets off the alcohol and rich flavors of the wine, highlighting its velvety, supple texture, emphasizing the fruit and ensuring a long, balanced finish. "O" is the ideal glass for everyday use and for every occasion. It is fun, feels good to hold, looks trendy and it works! All RIEDEL glasses are dishwasher safe.

About Riedel

The first Riedel in the trade of luxury glassware was Johann Cristoph, born in 1673. He lived in Pavlovice, manor Neuschloss, in northwest Bohemia, near Haida and Steinschnau, which in the early eighteenth century were to become world centers of trade for Bohemian crystal glass. He journeyed all over Europe trading glass. The earnings from the business justified the long, arduous and dangerous travels, but in 1723 he was tragically murdered, leaving his wife and three sons.
