Your purchase will be delivered via Australia Post registered mail service or courier service.
Delivery is during normal business hours. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If this can not
occur a card will be left advising how the goods can be collected.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods within 1 – 10 days. Occasionally goods may be out of
stock or need to be transferred from one of our other stores prior to dispatch. You will be contacted
via email if there is a delay beyond this time-frame.
MINIMAX takes care to pack purchases well before dispatch. If goods arrive at their destination faulty or
damaged, you must notify MINIMAX within 2 days of the delivery being signed for. You can contact Minimax
by phone (1800 260 022) or email sales@minimax.com.au. Faulty or
damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.
Minimax will exchange or refund undamaged items within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned
in its original condition and packing together with proof of purchase in the form of tax invoice/receipt.
MINIMAX will not refund delivery charges for incorrect choice and products are to be returned to MINIMAX at the
